Turing Scheme

What is the Turing Scheme?

Turing Scheme is a global study programme set up by the UK government to work and study globally. The scheme is funded for education and training opportunities. Participating in a Turing Scheme placement will allow you to learn new skills, get valuable new understanding of other cultures, and increase your employability. You can also improve your professional practise, soft skills, and language abilities. You will meet foreign peers, get new ideas, and gain a deeper knowledge of various cultures. You can apply individually or as an organisation!

The scheme is named after Alan Turing. A mathematician and computer scientist. He was the cryptanalyst that helped crack an Enigma code during WWII. As a result of his legacy, the scheme was named in his honour.
